Aileron hinge attach

I will be making some new aileron hinge brackets and wing side hinge brackets, a compltete set for myself, if anyone is intrested in a set as well tell me and I will make one for you, at a small cost of course. On the other hand if some one has a set that they are willing to part with I will buy them, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Hi John,

My name is Vic Briley and I am new to the Porterfield Club. I recently purchased my fathers 1940 CP50 basket case.  I have to build new wings and have a good start.  The previous owner (BeBe Owen) made 18 new ribs and gave me the jig so I can make the rest.  It looks like you have some wing building experience and may be able to give me some tips on assembly. I have the old wings to use as a guide but have no wood wing building experience. I would like to talk to you by phone when you have time.  You can reach me anytime on my cell at (989) 614-0891 . Hope to hear from you soon.
