I'm a nut for vintage aircraft. We have a Thorp T-18 (yeah I know, not proper vintage but a flyer), a Luscombe 8A (flyer), Bellanca 14-9 with Ken Royce 5G (project), and the American Eaglet (project).
Welcome to our wee club for the skinny birds, Andy! There's not a lot of info on this site for the Eaglet, so we home you can help fill in all the details we're missing, like the best way to keep Szekely jugs on the crankcase.
Welcome to the Porterfield Airplane Club. I saw on the FAA site that there are only a combination of 10 American Eagles and Eaglets registered in the US. Yours is not on that list. We really appreciate you for sharing it with us as Ed Porterfield designed and built them under the American Eagle Aircraft Corporation before he formed the Porterfield Aircraft Corporation.

Hey Andy,
Welcome to the Porterfield Airplane Club.
I enjoyed our brief visit online last week.
