Tailwheel leaf spring

The tw spring on my CP-65 has become flatter over time. This makes the tw want to trail directly behind due to the caster pivot being tilted aft too far.  Has anyone else dealt with this?  I don't know if I should try to find a replacement or try to add some camber and heat treat.  I'm not sure where to go for a replacement either.  The existing spring is 1.5" wide and 13.5" from mounting hole to mounting hole with 4 leafs, two of which run the entire length (about 15").

Looking for suggestions.
