Hello Lee, I had a similar problem with some Champ exhaust that I got from I believe wag arrow. One side worked well with the cowl exit holes, but the right side did not. If you want to send me some contact information I can tell you what our solution was. It took a bit of fabricating. We have a 1940 LP 65 collegiate that’s been converted to a continental a 65. NC27249. These are amazing little birds!
