i am a 3rd gen. pilot and mechanic interested in all aviation history currently i work for the antique airplane assoc. and the airpower museum doing research and some writing in the winter and wrenching and keeping antique airfield looking its best in the warmer months i am currently building 2 homebuilt clipwing monocoupes and a qdc cabin waco is next on the list it will also be a homebuilt

my dad owns a cp50 which was flyable till his brother landed it in a pond 30plus yrs ago dad and his cousin covered the fuse and tail the summer i was born which was 29 years ago and thats as far as he got. my grandad just sold his 35w which was virtually flyable needing only assembly and systems hooked up it resides in the reynolds museum in alberta canada now and i work for the airpower museum which owns chucks old cp40 which is in airworthy condition outside of needing an annual
