I lived in Santa Barbara, 88 thru 00, and often visited your old strip, though that slowed way down when those damn yuppies tore down our wonderful restaurant and put up that shiny glass yuppietrap, complete with last years calendar photos (oh, but they looked nice all framed).
I built a Lancair 320 in 89 thru 93, so spent some time, down at the other end of the strip, too. That taught me to better appreciate the old gals.
