36 PORTERFIELD 35-70 PROJECT • $16,300 • FOR SALE • 1936 35-70 Flyabout Project. Logs from March of 43. N17026, registered with a COA. Based at Norton Field Columbus, OH during War II. 797 TTAF. Two Leblond 70 5E cores, one in pieces, one assembled, 2 extra serviceable jugs. The engine in pieces has a log, the other doesn't. Looks like 797 TTSN, overhauled in 1964 at 433 TTSN. Fuselage repaired and wings rebuilt in the early 1980's, both look great. Has a set of Lamb adapters, 2 sets of air wheel tires, 4 wheels, one set of brakes.
