3” wheel and tyres solutions 1936 porterfield

Hey guys, I’m trying to find some info on a wheel conversion from the original 3” wheels to something that you can actually purchase tyres for.
Alternatively a pair of tyres that would suit the 3” rim.

I trust you’ve looked at the various sizes and tread designs of motorbike tyres on the internet and had no luck?

I have spent many hours searching, even contacted places that may be able to make a pair with no luck!
