Hi folks,
Changing over to an A-65 from the O145-B2. Need info on new top cowl, nosebowl, exhaust and baffling. Any info you have would be most appreciated. Or parts for sale of course.
Thanks,
Perry

Will have overhauled Lycoming O-145 B2 for sale soon. Price will depend on how much I have into the overhaul when she is done, but if anyone is in need please advise here or at renovate@polestaraero.com and I will keep you in the loop. Thanks, Perry.

Perry,
Do you still have the Lycoming motor mount for sale and if so how much are you asking for it. Thanks
Bob Hayden
Perry,
A day in August would be great. For my dad and me, weekends are the best time. Perhaps you have some time available on one of the following days: Sunday, Aug 7; Saturday, Aug 20; or Sunday, Aug 28. If you are not available any of these days, please let me know what day or days would work best for you. Also, please let me know what time is most convenient for you.
Thanks!
Bryant
Perry,
Thank you for your reply.
We had our 0145 B2 rebuilt a few years ago. My father did mention how the cylinders on the Continental engine are independent of the crankcase, which would make them much easier to service.
You have probably already noticed, my profile picture is our engine in its current state. I have also attached current pictures of the fuselage and wings.
I was wondering, would it be possible for my dad and me to come down and see your plane some time? I would be extremely grateful. Since I have never rebuilt a plane, it would be incredibly helpful to have an idea of how the finished product should look.
My hope is to benefit the members of the Porterfield Club by posting our experiences on the website
