Keep the Skinny Birds Flying Safely

I am looking to acquire working drawings of the fuselage assembly and motor mount assemblies for the LP-65 (serial # 778) and FP-65 (serial # 890). It would appear by looking at the two airframes that they are very similar. My hope is that the drawings will reveal that the motor mount points are the same for the FP, LP, and the CP and that the motor mounts are interchangeable via bolts opposed to a welded installation. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Bob,

If you are in need of an LP-65 mount I have one for sale.

Perry

You are correct, Bob.  The fuselage is the same for all three engines.  Only the bolt-on motor mount and baffling are different,  Joe Rankin in Maryville, MO has all the drawings you'll need.  Enjoy your project!
